Hoeven will travel to Hettinger to meet with area producers regarding a number of timely matters, including the farm bill and the severe winter storm that significantly impacted seven counties in southwestern and south central North Dakota in early October.

Hoeven will hold a forum with Fargo area agriculture producers to brief them on this week’s progress on the farm bill. The U.S. House passed the measure Wednesday, and the Senate is expected to pass it early next week.
