Later in the afternoon, the senator will speak at a ceremony to mark the completion of Minnkota Power's 345kv line. The completion of the transmission project will help provide a reliable power supply and economic development in the Red River Valley.
The senator will provide the Independent Community Bankers and Friends of Community Banking (ICBND) an update about his work in Congress during the bankers’ annual convention held in Bismarck.
