Virtual Signing Ceremonies for Jamestown Reservoir & Patterson Lake Land Transfers

On Tuesday, December 8, Senator John Hoeven will hold virtual signing ceremonies with Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) Missouri Basin Regional Director Brent Esplin, state legislators and local officials for the Jamestown Reservoir and Patterson Lake land transfers. Hoeven’s legislation to allow homeowners to purchase their lots was signed into law in 2018, after which the senator organized multiple discussions to ensure clear communication between BOR, local officials and the homeowners to keep the process moving forward.
