Senator Hoeven to Provide Update on Nuclear Modernization for Minot Air Force Base Missions

Senator Holding Meeting with Director of ICBM Modernization, Task Force 21

MINOT, N.D. – On Tuesday, February 17, Senator John Hoeven will hold a meeting with MG Colin Connor, Director of Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Modernization, and members of Task Force 21 to discuss progress on nuclear modernization for the missions at Minot Air Force Base. Hoeven, a member of the Senate Defense Appropriations Committee, will provide an update on the Sentinel ICBM, the Long Range Stand Off (LRSO) missile, B-52 upgrades and the procurement of the MH-139 Grey Wolf helicopter, among other priorities.
