On Monday, November 25, Senator John Hoeven will speak at the North Dakota Association of Soil Conservation Districts Annual Meeting in Bismarck. Hoeven will outline his work to secure disaster and trade assistance for producers, as well as his efforts to make the conservation title under the 2018 Farm Bill more farmer-friendly, while also bolstering voluntary and locally-led soil and water conservation programs.
