Midcontinent Communications Initiative Annoucement

Hoeven will join Midcontinent Communications in announcing the company’s new initiative, a multi-year project that will affect innovation, business, education, economic development and quality of life for more than 600,000 homes and businesses in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. Hoeven has been working since his time as governor of North Dakota to grow the state’s technology sector, which he named as one of the state’s five targeted industries for growth. He serves as a member of the Senate GOP High-Tech Task Force, which works to ensure that the nation’s technology firms remain at the forefront of the world economy.
