Hoeven to Host Army Corps Division Commander in Fargo

Senator Hoeven will host Major General Richard Kaiser, new commander of the Mississippi Valley Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in Fargo. The senator and Gen. Kaiser will hold a media availability at the Fargo Public Library.
