Discussion with FEMA, NDDES & County Officials

On Friday, May 15, Senator John Hoeven will join a discussion with the North Dakota Department of Emergency Services (NDDES), local officials and representatives from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) on damage to roadways inundated with floodwater in Stutsman County. Hoeven, who serves as a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee on Homeland Security, which oversees the annual appropriations for FEMA, will review options for repairing the damage and preventing future flooding. The senator will participate in the meeting by telephone.
