Discuss COVID-19 Response Assistance with North Dakota Health Care Providers

On Thursday, April 16, Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, will hold a video conference with North Dakota health care providers to discuss the assistance provided in the COVID-19 response legislation passed by Congress. This includes the $100 billion health care support fund in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.

The senator is hosting officials from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Food and Drug Administration, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the discussion. Interested media should contact Kami_Capener@hoeven.senate.gov or Alex_Finken@hoeven.senate.gov for call-in information.
