Hoeven Announces USDA Rural Development Loan to Dakota Horizons Fund

BISMARCK, N.D. – Senator John Hoeven, chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee and a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of Rural Development has awarded a $466,000 loan to the Dakota Horizons Fund based in Grand Forks. Today’s loan is available through the Intermediary Relending Program (IRP) and will be used to provide loans for projects in rural communities across 22 North Dakota counties. 

“Today’s loan to the Dakota Horizons Fund will be used to support projects in rural communities to improve the well-being of North Dakotans in 22 counties across the state,” said Hoeven.
