Hoeven Announces More Than $1.7 Million in Head Start Funding for Minot School District
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Administration for Children and Families’ Office of Head Start has awarded $1,725,911 to the Minot Public School District. The funds will help support Head Start and Early Head Start programs in the Minot community which provide education and early child development resources to families that help better prepare their children for school.
“Minot Head Start programs help prepare children in the community for school so they can hit the ground running and be ready to learn,” Hoeven said.
