Hoeven will speak to the Williston Rotary Club Monday morning, providing an update about the farm bill, postal service and the continued growth in the Bakken Region.

Hoeven will host Drew Aliperto, the United States Postal Service (USPS) vice president, area operations, to Williston to meet with community leaders to provide an update regarding USPS’ ongoing efforts to improve postal service in Western North Dakota.
