FARGO, N.D. – On Friday, February 20, Senator John Hoeven will hold a roundtable with Erin Prochnow, CEO of YWCA Cass Clay, and members of the YWCA Board of Directors to discuss efforts to renew federal funding for homeless services in North Dakota, including through facilities like Lantern Light in Fargo. Through his role on the Transportation-HUD Appropriations Committee, Hoeven has been working with Prochnow, other service providers across the state and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Scott Turner to advance the renewal of HUD’s Continuum of Care (CoC) grant funds, which support access to housing and comprehensive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
