Senator Hoeven and Judge Ralph Erickson at Judiciary Committee Hearing

Yesterday I introduced U.S. District Judge Ralph Erickson, who has been nominated to serve on the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals, at a #Senate Judiciary Committee hearing. A longtime North Dakotan, Judge Erickson has demonstrated a deep respect for the Constitution and the rule of law. He is incredibly qualified to serve on the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals and I am confident he will be an excellent addition to the 2nd highest court in the United States.
