Hoeven to Deliver National Republican Weekly Radio Address Saturday

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven will deliver the National Weekly Republican Address on Saturday, January 10. He will discuss the importance of approving the Keystone XL pipeline and why it is the first bill being taken up by the U.S. Senate.

“The Nebraska Supreme Court has decided that their state has properly determined the route of the Keystone KL pipeline,” Hoeven said. “Now, only the federal government is holding it up, and that’s unfortunate because the Keystone XL pipeline is all about energy, jobs, economic growth, and national security.”

Hoeven serves on the U.S. Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, and authored the Keystone XL approval bill introduced in the Senate and passed in the U.S. House today.
