Hoeven Statement on FCC Decision to Pass "Net Neutrality"

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven today issued the following statement in response to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) approval of new internet regulations:

“The FCC’s decision today to regulate the Internet was made behind closed doors and without notice or a comment period. It is almost certain to be challenged in court. The right way to approach this is with an open, bipartisan effort that is fair to American consumers and ensures that the Internet continues to attract investment and innovation.”
