Hoeven: More Than $5 Million Released to Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Airport

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Committee, today announced that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has released $5,388,888 awarded to the Dickinson Theodore Roosevelt Regional Airport (DIK). The grant, which was previously announced by Hoeven, was released today and will be used to support construction on the runway expansion project and includes both discretionary and funds provided by the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act to increase the federal cost share to 100 percent.

“This federal funding will help ensure the Dickinson Airport meets runway standards and continues serving western North Dakota,” said Hoeven.
