Hoeven: DOT Continues to Release CARES Act Funds for North Dakota Airports

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has released funding to three airports in North Dakota. These grants were made available under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act and were previously announced by Hoeven on April 14.

  • Minot International Airport – $2,753,046
  • Mott Municipal Airport – $20,000
  • Pembina Municipal Airport – $20,000

“This federal funding to the airports is designed to provide relief as they continue facing disruptions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Hoeven.
