Hoeven Announces More Than $60,000 Grant for Parshall Airport

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven today announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has awarded a $63,031 grant to the Parshall Municipal Airport Authority. The grant will be used to build a 4,800 square foot hangar.

“North Dakota’s airports significantly contribute to our state’s economic success,” Hoeven said. “Today’s DOT grant will build a hangar at the airport in Parshall, which will help the airport generate revenue.”

As a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, Senator Hoeven works to support programs that invest in infrastructure and other services to meet the needs of North Dakota’s growing population and commerce.
