Hoeven Announces More Than $2.5 Million for Mountain-Plains Consortium at NDSU
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has awarded more than $2.5 million to the Mountain-Plains Consortium (MPC) at North Dakota State University (NDSU). The MPC conducts transportation research and has university members in North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah and Colorado.
“We need to invest in infrastructure in North Dakota and throughout our nation,” Hoeven said. “The work of the Mountain-Plains Consortium helps us make smarter investments and put our infrastructure dollars where they are needed most.”
