Hoeven Announces HHS Research Funding to NDSU
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, (HHS) through the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS), has awarded $330,219 to North Dakota State University (NDSU). This grant supports research into transportation and drug-release methods for medications, such as anti-cancer drugs.
“Today’s funding will ensure NDSU is able to perform vital research to improve the performance of medical therapies and treatments,” said Hoeven.
