Hoeven Announces Funding for Turtle Mountain STEM Infusion Project
WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, chairman of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs and a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the National Science Foundation (NSF) has awarded $535,959 to Turtle Mountain Community College (TMCC) to support the TMCC STEM Infusion Project.
“This investment will help enable TMCC students to pursue education and experience in the STEM fields,” said Hoeven. "STEM education plays a vital role ensuring our students have the skills and knowledge they need to compete in the economy of the future.”
