Wednesday afternoon, Hoeven and Sen. Heidi Heitkamp will host United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Under Secretary Robert Bonnie along with local directors for USDA Rural Development at a roundtable discussion to highlight work USDA is doing in North Dakota’s rural communities. Hoeven serves on the Senate Agriculture Committee and was a member of the joint Senate-House committee that crafted the final farm bill.
