EMERADO, N.D. – On Friday, June 12, Senator John Hoeven will help break ground on the construction of the Nathan F. Twining Elementary and Middle School at the Grand Forks Air Force Base. The $69 million project is supported by $55 million in federal funding and will replace the Carl Ben Eielson Elementary and former Nathan Twining Middle schools.
