Senator to Discuss Efforts to Advance Voluntary, Farmer-Friendly Conservation Programs, Ag Research & Livestock Producer Priorities

MCKENZIE, N.D. – On Wednesday, August 26, Senator John Hoeven will address the Advancing Soil Health for a Healthy America Summit at the Black Leg Ranch. Hoeven will discuss his efforts as chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee and a senior member of the Senate Agriculture Committee to advance voluntary, farmer-friendly conservation programs. The senator will also outline his work to support agriculture research and secure livestock producer priorities in the Senate Farm Bill 2.0.
