Senator John Hoeven, along with other members of the North Dakota and Minnesota Congressional delegations, will hold a press conference with U.S. Department of Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack tomorrow, Wednesday, July 2, regarding new conservation funding for the Red River of the North Basin. As a member of the Senate Agriculture Committee and conferee on the 2014 farm bill conference committee, Hoeven worked to create the Rural Conservation Partnership Program, which combines four existing programs into one streamlined, efficient program.
