BISMARCK, N.D. – On Saturday, December 14, Senator John Hoeven will address the North Dakota Farmers Union state convention. The senator, who serves as a senior member of the Senate Agriculture Committee and Ranking Member of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee, will outline his efforts to advance a strong farm bill that makes needed investments in the farm safety net and secure disaster assistance for North Dakota producers impacted by wildfires and challenging markets, among other priorities.
