On Saturday, December 14, Senator John Hoeven will address the North Dakota Farmers Union’s 93rd annual convention in Bismarck. The senator will discuss challenges facing North Dakota agricultural producers and his efforts to provide more relief for farmers through the Wildfire and Hurricane Indemnity Program Plus (WHIP+) as well as providing access to markets including passing the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) and finalizing a trade agreement with China to secure additional agriculture purchases.
