BISMARCK, N.D. – On Saturday, December 16, Senator John Hoeven, ranking member of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee, will speak at the North Dakota Farmers Union 97th Annual Convention. Hoeven will give an update on the Farm Bill negotiations, and his efforts to maintain crop insurance, provide farmers with access to credit and improve livestock disaster assistance programs.
