Friday morning, Senator Hoeven will speak at Minnkota Power Cooperative’s annual meeting in Grand Forks. Hoeven will outline his work to prevent costly, burdensome federal regulations like the Environmental Protection Agency’s power plant rule, offer strong support to rural communities and advocate for infrastructure projects that will help the country build a comprehensive energy plan.
