Wednesday afternoon, Hoeven will meet with representatives of the Fargo Moorhead Area Diversion Project who are working to establish permanent flood protection measures for the region. The meeting will focus on the need to implement comprehensive flood protections and also the importance of public private partnerships (P3s) to leverage private investment, save money and construct permanent protections for the Red River Valley.
