Senator Hoeven will visit the Baptist Health Care Center in Bismarck and outline his efforts to improve access to local long-term care (LTC) services for veterans. He will highlight legislation he sponsored with Senator Joe Manchin, the Veterans Access to Long Term Care and Health Services Act, which will open more LTC services for vets closer to their homes. This legislation was included in the Veterans Choice Improvement Act, a bill that Hoeven helped introduce with several colleagues earlier this month.
