On Friday, June 18, Senator John Hoeven will hold a press conference with state, local and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers leaders to announce the selection of the flood protection project’s P3 partner, as well as a signing ceremony with the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Region 8 Director for the project’s $561 million Water Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act (WIFIA) loan.
