GRAND FORKS, N.D. – On Wednesday, October 16, Senator John Hoeven will mark the completed reconstruction and extension of the crosswind runway at Grand Forks International Airport. As a member of the Senate Transportation, Housing and Urban Development Appropriations Committee, Hoeven worked to secure more than $50 million in federal funding for the $70 million project, which will enable the airport to maintain large aircraft operations while the main runway is reconstructed.
