On Wednesday, Hoeven will speak at the Associated Builders and Contractors of Minnesota and North Dakota Business Development Exchange to outline the Senate’s new six-year highway bill. The measure will provide North Dakota with more than $1.6 billion and help to fund nearly 160 major projects statewide.
