The panel discussion, led by Heitkamp and Hoeven, will feature Congressman Kevin Cramer, Governor Jack Dalrymple, Lt. Governor Drew Wrigley, UND and NDSU administrators, representatives from the UND’s Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences, and members of the Northern Plains test site.  They will discuss the UAS development and research, and the impact of FAA choosing Grand Forks as a UAS test site.
