Tuesday morning, Hoeven will host Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Global Markets and Director General of the U.S. & Foreign Commercial Service Arun Kumar in touring and meeting with WCCO Belting, Inc. officials to highlight the importance of rural exporting in North Dakota.
