Senator John Hoeven will host Michael Scuse, U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Under Secretary for Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services at a farm bill implementation roundtable with state and local officials and agriculture groups on Monday, Aug. 25 at Bismarck State College. Scuse is responsible for implementing many agriculture programs important to North Dakota farmers and ranchers.
