Hoeven will be joined by officials from the North Dakota Department of Transportation for an update on the reconstruction of the intersection of U.S. Highways 2 and 85, and the expansion of Highway 85 from Williston to Watford City. The senator worked to get the necessary federal approvals to move the expansion project forward. The inspection ground tour will begin at the intersection of U.S. Highways 2 and 85, west of Williston and continue south down Highway 85 to the site of the bridge over the Missouri River.
