At 1 p.m. MT, Hoeven will speak at the blessing ceremony for Catholic Health Initiatives’ (CHI) new St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Office Building in Dickinson. As governor, Hoeven worked with CHI and state and local leaders to develop a plan to enable the building of the new $100 million hospital and medical facility.
