Hoeven will speak at the Blue Ribbon School Award presentation at Sweetwater Elementary School in Devils Lake. The Blue Ribbon School Award was given by the Department of Education to Sweetwater Elementary for being a high performing school. The school was formally recognized at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. earlier this month.
