Senator Hoeven will tour Minnkota Power’s Milton R. Young Station, just south of Center Mine, where he will discuss the EPA’s recent decision to uphold North Dakota’s state plan on regional haze and see the emissions-reduction equipment that is vital to this plan.  He will also give industry officials updates on his efforts to block the new CO2 emissions rule and his Coal Ash legislation.
