Hoeven and Congressman Kevin Cramer will host Frank Pace, President of General Atomics Aircraft Systems Group, and Bart Roper, General Atomics Vice President of Strategic Development, Aircraft Systems Group, to make the case for siting a new UAS training center in Grand Forks. City and county officials, along with representatives of Grand Sky, UND Aerospace, the Base Realignment Impact Committee, the Center for Innovation and the Northern Plains Test Site, will also be on hand.
