Senator Hoeven will introduce Dale Brown, a Minot native and Bishop Ryan High School alum, at the Dale Brown Basketball Courts dedication. Brown coached basketball at Louisiana State University for 25 years and was twice named National College Basketball Coach of the Year. Brown has also been honored as an SEC Living Legend and was inducted into the National College Basketball Hall of Fame in 2014.
