DICKINSON, N.D. – On Wednesday, August 2, Senator John Hoeven will meet with North Dakota livestock producers to discuss the cattle contract library pilot program that he worked to establish under the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), as well as efforts to improve livestock disaster programs.
