On Wednesday, August 9, Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Defense Appropriations Committee, will speak at the grand opening of General Atomics Aeronautical Systems’ Hangar 2 Flight Test and Training Center. The senator will outline Grand Forks’ leadership in pilot training and join officials in reviewing the new facility.
