WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, today announced that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded four grants totaling more than $700,000 to improve and expand services at community health centers in North Dakota. The funding is distributed as follows:
- Coal Country Community Health Centers in Beulah – $175,700
- Family HealthCare in Fargo – $175,700
- Northland Community Health Center in Turtle Lake – $175,701
- Valley Community Health Centers in Grand Forks – $175,700
“By supporting access to medical, dental and behavioral health services, these funds will help prevent and treat serious health issues and ensure a higher quality of life for families and individuals across North Dakota,” Hoeven said.
