DESCRIPTION:GRAND FORKS\, N.D. – On Wednesday\, October 14\, Senator John Hoeven will lead a signing ceremony for a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the University of North Dakota (UND) and U.S. Department of War’s (DoW) Joint Interagency Task Force (JIATF) 401 at the UAS Summit. Hoeven has been working closely with UND and JIATF 401 to advance the MOU\, under which the university will assess counter-drone technology on behalf of the task force.
