Hoeven Announces Nearly $3 Million in Head Start Funding to Two ND Groups

WASHINGTON – Senator John Hoeven, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, announced today that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), through the Office of Head Start, has awarded funding to two North Dakota groups for Head Start and Early Head Start services: 

  • Southeastern North Dakota Community Action Agency in Fargo – $1,828,290
  • Community Action Partnership in Dickinson – $1,165,923

“The Head Start program provides North Dakota children and families with resources and services to help them be prepared for school and learning,” said Hoeven.
