Hoeven Urges President, Sec. of State to Approve Keystone XL Pipeline
On March 5, 2013, Senator John Hoeven (R-N.D.) urges the President and Secretary of State to approve the Keystone XL pipeline permit in light of the State Department's fourth environmental report finding that the project will have "no significant impact on the environment."
